The food is actually pretty good, (the avocado chicken salad is always delicious and fresh) but the service ranges from ok to terrible. You may or may not be greeted, and should you patiently wait, you may be met with a snarled "I'm ready when you are." At best the staff says a cool hello, at worst they ignore guests completely then meet them with a teenager-style attitude. Go in expecting a quick and tasty sandwich or wrap -- but nothing more.
